Before we started looking for a new home we worked with other realtors. They did not hold a candle to Carolyn. Carolyn's knowledge of the real estate business surpasses all other agents we have dealt with. When we first spoke she asked us questions as to what was important to us. She set up a daily e-mail only consisting of our budget, and area of interest. Carolyn became more of a friend then a realtor and continues to be a friend of the entire family.

Carolyn was extremely helpful and professional from first time she came to my house to discuss its sale. She was excited about the house and gave me information on what buyers were looking for. She took wonderful pictures with different lighting and suggested things like where to place plants etc. She made me feel that my house was great and not that it was " just a starter house" like other brokers did. Needless to say my house sold within 10 days because I listened to her and it was priced right! In fact I received 7,000 over my list. She was always available to me via phone , email , or texts right until closing. I will always refer all my home buying family and friends to her!.
